AI Powered Q&A
Can you explain this vulnerability to me?
This vulnerability in the Linux kernel's serial driver (jsm) involves improper handling of error paths during the probe process, where some resource leaks occur because the error path returns directly instead of properly unwinding and releasing resources.
How can this vulnerability impact me? :
The vulnerability can lead to resource leaks in the Linux kernel's serial driver, which may cause system instability or degraded performance over time due to unreleased resources.
