- Axxemble B.V.: The company providing the Service based in The Netherlands and registered at the Chamber of Commerce under file number 70563748.
- Service: The online platform ‘BaseFortify’, including all related websites, content, functionalities, and services provided by Axxemble B.V.

- Vulnerability Data: Publicly available information, including but not limited to Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) data.
- AI-Generated Content: Any insights, analysis, tips, or advice generated using artificial intelligence, which may include interpretations and conclusions based on the data provided by the user and publicly available sources.
- Third-Party Content: Content not provided by us, including data from external sources such as vulnerability databases, third-party websites, or user-generated input.
3. Scope of the Service
- 3.1 Purpose: Our Service is designed to help users identify potential threats by correlating vulnerability data with user-specified components and providing AI-generated insights.
- 3.2 User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the components they choose to identify or input into the Service. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided is accurate and complete.
- 3.3 Use of Information: The content provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional, technical, or security advice. Decisions made based on the provided information are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. User Obligations and Conduct
