By accessing and using BaseFortify, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. BaseFortify provides a matching algorithm between publicly disclosed vulnerabilities and a user defined attack surface. Users must provide (at their own expense) all equipment necessary to access the services, including a computer and Internet access.

4. User Conduct

Users may not use BaseFortify to:

• Transmit content that is harmful, abusive, unlawful, threatening, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner.
• Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the website or another's computer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of BaseFortify or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
