AI Powered Q&A
Can you explain this vulnerability to me?
This vulnerability is a memory leak in the Linux kernel's irqchip/wpcm450 component. Specifically, if the function of_iomap() fails during initialization in wpcm450_aic_of_init(), the allocated memory for 'aic' is not freed properly, causing a memory leak.
How can this vulnerability impact me? :
The memory leak could lead to increased memory usage over time, potentially causing system instability or degraded performance if the affected component is used frequently.
