AI Powered Q&A
Can you explain this vulnerability to me?
This vulnerability is a memory leak in the Linux kernel's amdgpu driver, specifically in the mes self test. The issue occurs because the fences associated with the mes queue were not properly freed during the amdgpu_ring_fini process, leading to a memory leak.
How can this vulnerability impact me? :
The memory leak could lead to increased memory usage over time, potentially causing system instability or degraded performance on systems using the affected amdgpu driver.
