AI Powered Q&A
Can you explain this vulnerability to me?
This vulnerability in the Linux kernel involves the vhost vringh component where the return value checks for the functions copy_from_iter and copy_to_iter were incorrect. These functions' return values cannot be negative, so the fix was to check whether the copied lengths are equal instead of checking for negative return values.
