This vulnerability in OPEXUS FOIAXpress before version 11.13.3.0 allows an administrative user to inject JavaScript or other content into the Annual Report Enterprise Banner image upload field. When other users generate an Annual Report, the injected content is executed in their context, enabling the attacker to perform actions on behalf of those users, such as stealing session cookies, user credentials, or sensitive data.
