This vulnerability is an incorrect default permissions issue in the Security Point (Windows) component of MaLion prior to version 5.3.4. It allows a user who can log in to the system where the product's Windows client is installed to place an arbitrary file in a specific folder. If the file is a specially crafted DLL, it could lead to arbitrary code execution with SYSTEM privileges.
How can this vulnerability impact me? :
If exploited, this vulnerability could allow an attacker with login access to the affected system to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges, potentially leading to full control over the system and unauthorized actions.
