CVE-2026-42550
Deferred Deferred - Pending Action
BaseFortify

Description
Flight is an extensible micro-framework for PHP. Prior to 3.18.1, SimplePdo::insert(), SimplePdo::update(), and SimplePdo::delete() build SQL statements by concatenating the $table argument and the keys of the $data array directly into the query, with no identifier quoting and no validation. When an application forwards user-controlled data shapes to these helpers β€” a common and documented pattern, e.g. $db->insert('users', $request->data->getData()) β€” an attacker can inject arbitrary SQL by crafting malicious array keys. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.18.1.

CWE ID Description
CWE-89 The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.
