Executive Summary

This vulnerability occurs in the function RtpSession::rtpSendRtcpPacket where a heap buffer overflow can cause an out-of-bounds (OOB) write.

This means that the program writes data outside the allocated memory buffer, which can corrupt memory and lead to serious security issues.

Exploitation of this vulnerability does not require any user interaction.

Impact Analysis

The vulnerability can lead to remote code execution, allowing an attacker to run arbitrary code on the affected system.

No additional execution privileges are needed for exploitation, making it potentially very dangerous.
