Executive Summary

This vulnerability exists in the ParsePayloads function of the AudioSdpParser.cpp file. It is caused by a possible memory corruption due to type confusion.

Type confusion means that the program mistakenly treats a piece of data as a different type than it actually is, which can corrupt memory.

This flaw can be exploited remotely without requiring any user interaction.

Impact Analysis

Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to remote code execution.

This means an attacker could run arbitrary code on the affected system without needing any additional execution privileges.

Because no user interaction is needed, the attack could be carried out silently and remotely.
