This vulnerability is an integer overflow in ANGLE, a component used by Google Chrome on Windows versions prior to 149.0.7827.53. It allows a remote attacker who has already compromised the renderer process to exploit this overflow by using a specially crafted HTML page.

By doing so, the attacker can potentially access sensitive information from the process memory.
