Impact Analysis

If exploited, this vulnerability can allow an attacker to gain unauthorized access to critical data or even all data accessible through the Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework.

The attacker could create, delete, or modify critical data without authorization.

Additionally, the attacker could cause a partial denial of service, disrupting the availability of the Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework.

Because the vulnerability scope may extend beyond the framework itself, other related products could also be significantly impacted.

Compliance Impact

This vulnerability allows unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as unauthorized access to all accessible data within the Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework. Such unauthorized access and data manipulation can lead to breaches of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Given the high impact on confidentiality and integrity, exploitation of this vulnerability could result in non-compliance with data protection regulations and standards such as GDPR and HIPAA, which require strict controls over access to and protection of sensitive data.
