Executive Summary

This is a vulnerability in Oracle EDI Gateway, part of Oracle E-Business Suite. It affects versions 12.2.3 to 12.2.15. The issue allows a highly privileged attacker with local system access to read some data that the Oracle EDI Gateway can access. The impact is limited to unauthorized data reads, with no modification or denial of service possible.

Detection Guidance

Detection requires identifying Oracle EDI Gateway instances and verifying their patch levels. Check installed versions against affected ranges (12.2.3-12.2.15) using Oracle's inventory tools or database queries. No specific commands are provided in available context.

Impact Analysis
