CWE ID Description
CWE-89 The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.

Executive Summary

CVE-2026-19425 is a SQL Injection vulnerability in the Travel Agency Management System by Win Men International. Unauthenticated remote attackers can inject malicious SQL commands to access, alter, or delete sensitive database information without authorization.

Detection Guidance

To detect SQL injection vulnerabilities like CVE-2026-19425, monitor network traffic for unusual SQL query patterns or errors. Use tools like SQLmap to test for injection points by sending crafted inputs to suspected parameters. Check web server logs for repeated failed login attempts or unexpected database errors.

Impact Analysis

This vulnerability allows attackers to steal, modify, or delete critical data such as customer records, financial transactions, or personal information. It could lead to data breaches, financial loss, reputational damage, and potential system compromise.

Compliance Impact

This vulnerability can lead to non-compliance with GDPR and HIPAA due to unauthorized data access or deletion. Organizations may face legal penalties, fines, and mandatory breach notifications if sensitive data is compromised through this flaw.

Mitigation Strategies

Immediately upgrade the Travel Agency Management System to the August 2026 Security Update or a later version. Apply input validation to sanitize user inputs and use parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection. Disable unnecessary database accounts and restrict remote access to the system.
