CWE ID Description
CWE-89 The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.

Executive Summary

CVE-2026-102456 is an SQL Injection vulnerability in EasyFlow .NET developed by Digiwin. Authenticated remote attackers can inject malicious SQL commands to read or manipulate database contents. The flaw affects versions up to V6.1.x, V6.6.19, and V8.1.5.

Detection Guidance

Detecting SQL injection vulnerabilities like CVE-2026-102456 typically involves monitoring application logs for suspicious SQL queries, testing input fields with common SQL injection payloads, and using automated security scanners. Check for unusual database access patterns or errors in logs. Commands may include SQL query analysis tools like SQLMap for testing, but ensure proper authorization before running any tests.

Impact Analysis

This vulnerability allows attackers to read sensitive database contents, potentially exposing confidential information. Since it requires authentication, attackers must first gain access to valid credentials or exploit other weaknesses to leverage this flaw.

Compliance Impact

This vulnerability could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive data, violating compliance requirements under GDPR and HIPAA. Organizations using affected versions may face legal penalties, data breach notifications, and reputational damage due to compromised personal or health information.

Mitigation Strategies

Update EasyFlow .NET to a patched version released after June 26, 2026. Ensure authentication is properly enforced to prevent unauthorized access.
