CWE ID Description
CWE-74 The product constructs all or part of a command, data structure, or record using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify how it is parsed or interpreted when it is sent to a downstream component.
CWE-89 The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.

Executive Summary

This vulnerability is a SQL injection flaw in the erzhongxmu JEEWMS software up to version 2026.09.27-W39. It exists in the WmToMoveGoodsController.list function within the PDA Interface component. An attacker can manipulate the searchstr argument to inject malicious SQL code, potentially accessing or modifying database contents.

Impact Analysis

If exploited, this vulnerability could allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands on the database. This may lead to unauthorized data access, modification, or deletion. Since the exploit is public, the risk of attacks is higher. Affected systems should be patched immediately to prevent potential breaches.

Compliance Impact

This vulnerability could lead to non-compliance with GDPR and HIPAA due to unauthorized data access or exposure. GDPR requires protection of personal data, while HIPAA mandates safeguards for protected health information. A successful exploit may result in data breaches, triggering legal penalties and reputational damage.

Mitigation Strategies

Immediately update erzhongxmu JEEWMS to the latest version if available. If no update is available, disable the PDA Interface component or restrict access to the WmToMoveGoodsController.list function. Monitor network traffic for unusual SQL queries involving the searchstr argument.
