Executive Summary

This vulnerability is a race condition in NocoDB versions up to 2026.08.0, specifically in the file users.service.ts of the Registration component. A race condition occurs when the system's behavior depends on the sequence or timing of uncontrollable events, potentially leading to unexpected results.

Impact Analysis

The vulnerability may allow remote attackers to manipulate the system due to the race condition, though the attack requires high complexity and is assessed as difficult to exploit. It could lead to unauthorized actions or data integrity issues.

Mitigation Strategies

Upgrade NocoDB to a version beyond 2026.08.0 to address the race condition in users.service.ts. Monitor vendor communications for patches or updates.
