Executive Summary

This is a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the unauthenticated form service of onPhase Forms version 11.0.14. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit it by supplying a malicious URL to a publicly accessible form, which then allows the attacker to access sensitive internal Apache Solr data.

Detection Guidance

I don't know

Monitor network traffic for unauthorized requests to internal Apache Solr instances from the onPhase Forms service. Check logs for unusual URLs or SSRF patterns in form submissions.

Impact Analysis

An attacker could exploit this to access sensitive internal data stored in Apache Solr, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure, data breaches, or further network infiltration if internal systems are exposed.

Compliance Impact
