Executive Summary

CVE-2026-108053 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Alosuite affecting the delivery note functionality. It occurs due to insufficient sanitization and encoding of user input in the 'Nombre' field of the '/CuentasCorrientes/Create' endpoint. This allows malicious JavaScript to be stored and later executed in other users' browsers when they view the affected records.

Detection Guidance

To detect this stored XSS vulnerability, inspect the 'Nombre' field in the '/CuentasCorrientes/Create' endpoint for improperly sanitized input. Check if user-supplied JavaScript code is stored and rendered without encoding. Review application logs for unusual script execution patterns in user sessions.

Impact Analysis

This vulnerability can alter displayed content and perform unauthorized actions within the victim's session. Exploitation requires authenticated access, meaning attackers must already have some level of system access. The impact includes potential data manipulation, session hijacking, or further compromise of user accounts.

Compliance Impact

This vulnerability could impact compliance with GDPR and HIPAA by enabling unauthorized script execution in user sessions. Stored XSS may lead to data breaches, unauthorized access, or manipulation of sensitive information, violating confidentiality and integrity requirements under these regulations.

Mitigation Strategies

Update ALO Suite to version 26_04_15.03_10 or later. Implement strict input validation and output encoding for the 'Nombre' field. Restrict authenticated access to the '/CuentasCorrientes/Create' endpoint to trusted users only.
