Authorization Bypass in Redux Framework Plugin

Description

The Redux Framework plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.16. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to export the entire Redux options panel configuration β€” including API keys, SMTP credentials, licence keys, and third-party tokens β€” that is otherwise restricted to administrators. Exploitation requires that a theme or plugin registers a Redux import_export field on a user profile via Redux_Users::set_profile(), which causes the nonce to be printed into the subscriber's own /wp-admin/profile.php page source, making it directly readable without any additional privileges.
