To detect this vulnerability, check if the SaveTo Wishlist Lite WordPress plugin is installed and if its version is prior to 1.1.5. You can verify the version via the WordPress admin panel or by inspecting the plugin files. No specific commands are provided in the context, but monitoring for unusual SQL queries or database access patterns may help.
